After successfully practicing law in the areas of commercial and civil litigation for approximately 10 years, Seth decided to devote his full-time attention to residential real estate which has been a family business for over 20 years. Seth, a Philadelphia native, prides himself on bringing the utmost professional and personal service to his nationwide clientele.

He actively assists both buyers and sellers throughout Northern Palm Beach County, Jupiter, and Juno Beach in communities such as Mirasol, Mirabella, BallenIsles, Frenchmen's Reserve, PGA National, Bent Tree, Admiral's Cove and Eastpointe Country club, and many others. Seth remains an active member of the Florida Bar Association and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, where he serves on the real estate continuing legal education committee.
